How to contact the support hotline?
You can reach our support team Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm (except on German public holidays) by e-mail at support@hitchhiker.net or by phone at +49 69 507030.

Please note that for sending e-mails to support@hitchhiker.net a prior authorization must be obtained from our support team. We therefore ask you to provide us with the name and e-mail address of all employees who will send us support requests in the future. This notification can be made via the sales representative responsible for you (also available at sales@hitchhiker.net), via an authorized colleague or by telephone via our support hotline.

If you have sent an inquiry to support@hitchhiker.net, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt and a ticket number (e.g. "HHSUP-1234"). For further messages about the same case, please make sure that this ticket number is mentioned in the subject of your message. If you have several questions or problems, please send them to us as separate requests.

Please always include the corresponding Transaction ID (TID) as well as a detailed description of the problem and the expected result.

Please also let us know if it is a business-critical incident so that we can prioritize it.
