About us

What we hold ourselves to: our mission and the values we have worked by since 1991.

Mission

Our focus is flight

Cruise operators, tour operators, travel agencies, ticket resellers, and airlines need reliable systems for search, booking, ticketing, and post-processing. We connect these processes via APIs with operator systems, booking platforms, and our customers' own IT.

This field is large and complex enough to fully occupy us. That is exactly why we understand its processes more deeply than generic providers. We have been building the knowledge required for this since 1991, preserving it within the company and passing it on across generations.

Values — how we go about it.

Five principles we hold ourselves to every day and in every decision.

Team

Experience carries responsibility

We rely on expertise, personal responsibility, and clear thinking. Many of our employees have been with us for decades. They are the guardians of our knowledge and are responsible for preserving it, developing it further, and passing it on.

Good solutions emerge where people take responsibility, share knowledge, and openly address contradictions. We live up to this standard together and pass it on to new colleagues.

Customers

Partnership before the deal

We do not aim for short-term deals, but for long-term, functioning partnerships.

We understand our customers' processes and clearly state what makes sense professionally, technically, and economically — even when a different answer would be more comfortable. To us, partnership does not mean saying yes to everything, but taking responsibility for the outcome.

Products

Independence through our own systems

We build central systems ourselves. Not as a matter of principle, but because we need to understand, control, and be able to develop them further over decades.

We use standards, platforms, and technologies wherever they strengthen us. However, we do not give up control of our core processes and specialist knowledge.

We avoid dependencies on tools whose lifespan, cost, or direction of development we cannot influence. Short-term convenience must not turn into long-term dependency.

We do not replace existing software because it looks old, but when a new solution offers a clear professional or economic advantage. We do not write software that we cannot support for decades.

Generations

Transition with intent

Since 1991 we have been building knowledge that lives not only in documents but, above all, in people. We actively shape this transition: the next generation grows into responsibility.

Artificial intelligence helps us structure our specialists' knowledge and make it more broadly accessible — for our customers as much as for ourselves. It does not replace experience, but makes it more usable.

We preserve our experience without resting on it.

Our standard

Staying self-critical

We act independently and responsibly, with the goal of continuously improving our systems and ourselves.

This applies internally as well: where we can simplify processes or automate them sensibly, we do. This makes us work more reliably, more simply, and more economically.

Unnecessary bureaucracy and avoidable waste of time have no place with us.
